Detroit-Style Pizza, Prague-Style Hospitality
We make Detroit-style pizza the way it was meant to be: thick, airy crust with crispy, caramelized edges. Cheese goes to the edge. Sauce goes on top. Every pizza is baked in a seasoned steel pan, never rushed.
Our dough is the result of passion and patience. We use a special blend of high-protein flour, sourced from a traditional family-run mill. It undergoes a 72-hour cold fermentation process, which develops a complex flavor and results in a crust that's unbelievably light, airy, and crispy on the bottom.
Our bar is the heart of the space. We pour craft beer from Zichovec and rotating Czech taps, mix confident cocktails, and serve organic wines that actually taste good. The kitchen stays open late because good food shouldn't have a curfew.
